These grounding patches look interesting. Going to try the out for spot use when I get back from vacation.
Will record the results of night 2 tomorrow morning.

I’d really love to get some
Sheets for the family if this is legit…. Pillow case is enough to “test out”? Maybe will give that a go.
Try the pad I got. It's only 30$. I am going to get a larger one for my big bulky self. Big enough for two people.
For best results you should have skin contact. My wife doesn't like to sleep naked and the bra may interfere with it.

@dtclineman can you please post a link to the sheets and pillow case you bought?

For those of you that have the actual mat, can you post a link to it or give the brand and site etc.? I have been thinking about buying the mat, but might go big and get the mat, the sheets and the pillow case. When I do I will post my results.

Thanks!
Amazon. Just search on grounding mats or sheets or pads. Tons of options.
You won't be disappointed.

Could you get away with a 100% cotton or linen sheet laying over the mat? I know plastic blend fabrics actually dampen electromagnetic fields.

*puts on tin foil hat* Has me wondering if this massive trend in poly blend clothing is meant to dampen our own electromagnetic fields, reducing positive folks’ auras/vibe, etc…

Honestly, walking in the grass while soaking up the sun has helped me fight off feelings of depression so effectively that I’ve been screaming it from the mountain tops to anyone that’ll listen, especially friends who are struggling with mental health issues so I can’t believe I hadn’t considered adding this to when I sleep.

Thanks! I want for myself but also my daughter has depression and we're always trying different modalities.

HOLY crap, it must be popular, already up to $50! still will try

Why couldn't you just use an ESD wrist strap to ground? Anything that induces any kind of current in your body is just going to get shunted to ground with that. Seems like a sheet or a mat is just overkill.

Might have a point Beef... this is another one I haven't done a deep dive on yet... I don't have OCD, but I do have "OCD qualities" and I know once I dive, I'll take notes, make charts, I go crazy.... honestly, I took a couple autism tests and each one said, "um, yeah... You may want to see a Dr for further analysis" ahahah... my point being I know if I start I have to be careful I have the time otherwise my other works suffers :D anyhow, I can see your point, but, and totally wondering I have no idea, would it dissipate though as it travels from the wrist, ie, would the signal lose strength as it reaches the legs, the stomach? That said, alot of people with anecdotal reports, as mentioned here, that just walking in the grass seems to offer systemic effects... dunno... see, there's my OCD coming out good lord

I have no idea. Right now I'm too lazy to research... and too poor to buy a sheet.
