What would you do with 2lbs?

Was super cheap for some reason so I grabbed it, don't want to freeze it and wasn't planning in making meatballs anytime soon.

Never had a just veal burger but thinking about it.

How's about chile? Could add some ground chicken or turkey breast to make a bigger batch and drop the calories and fat per serving too if ya want. Just a random thought....
