Grocery Store Salad Bar?

All this talk of salad bars and I had to go. It is expensive, but when I'm too lazy to prep its just too convenient. And really one of the few healthy choices in such a case.

I've been bad this week. After 2+ months of cutting I finally cracked and was like fuck it. I had this epic thing called a garbage plate the other day and a cheese burger with mac salad today. Vegetarianism and Cutting be damned! lol
I'll make up for it next week...

For that kind of cash just get a pound of slice roast beef and some bread and call it day. If your concerned about salt intake drink more water, if your concerned about carbs get low carb tortilla wrap.

Or check out the microwave veggie bags in the produce area. They are decent on the go, but pricey for the convenience
