Nothing fancy just how I do it bulk cooking 10lbs breast.
1.) I used gas grill and set the sucker on low. I can’t stand black charred chicken due to flare ups.
2.) liberally season with your fav rub. My fav is McCormick smokehouse maple.
3.) keep an eye on the shit and constantly monitor with a meat thermometer. When it hits 165 pull it!
4.) weigh, bag, and freeze! Yes freeze. Keeps from getting dry as fuck by the end of the week. Just set out desired bags the night before.
