New here and new to bodybuilding: I started training in September; the picture is 3 months progress (lost 10-15 lbs of fat, gained 10-15 lbs of muscle; I am 6', 180lbs, and maybe even a little leaner now than the photo; my arms are 15" now, up from 13.5" in september).

My resolution is to stay consistent with my workouts and diet long term just to see what happens to my body; I admire aesthetic bodies and regard bodybuilding as art; my first goal is to be 220 lbs lean; I am not competitive.

Nice job! Remember to set reachable goals along the way to 220!
Of course! My short term goals are more strength oriented than my superficial weight or size. I am training under principles of progressive overload and going to failure, adding a little more each week, and so far I haven't plateaued on any of my lifts. I should have said 220 is my first long-term goal.
