Well, Christmas is over and before you know it, the gyms will be full of newbies who are going to "tone up" and get in shape. Experience shows though, that most will start to drop like flies at about the 4-6 week mark, because "this shit is hard and it hurts to get into shape". But at least they tired, then they get out of my way so I can continue on my own quest. Which takes me to the topic at hand...
