Well, Christmas is over and before you know it, the gyms will be full of newbies who are going to "tone up" and get in shape. Experience shows though, that most will start to drop like flies at about the 4-6 week mark, because "this shit is hard and it hurts to get into shape". But at least they tired, then they get out of my way so I can continue on my own quest. Which takes me to the topic at hand...

Do you have a resolution for the new year?

to cut down internet porn and masturbation to only once a week or less......i think i'm becoming desensitized and it's affecting my time with my girlfriend.....she deserves me to finish with her more than 50% of the time

Be injury free and lose my gut that I've grown from all this inactivity. 2010 sucked balls.

I have a few things I've started already that will carry over into new years. This is going to be the year I get my personal trainers cert, start back at college and start saving for medical school (which I am going to use to set up me getting a strength specialization certification down the road),CPR/AED certs, rifle license. Going to get ready for elk and bear season next winter.

Beat down the newbies that make resolutions to join the gym, lose weight and shit. All they do is take up space!!!!
