hi everyone,looking for a good mass and strength cycle.I have been lifting for many years now mostly bodybuilding .Im 49 years old,5ft7in 198lbs,bodyfat between 5to 9%.I have always ate clean,former army ranger so i always ran and stayed in great shape.I have now switched to powerlifting about 1year ago and want to add strenth and a little mass.I have done 3 cycles in the past,test,d-bols,deca and winstrol,ireally got shreeded when i came off the d-bols and the winstrol actually helped me stay strong,my b.f.was 5%.But now im looking for power,any help would be great,,dont mine pinning more if i have to.thanks to all
