    Haha. I'm actually going to a 6 month paramilitary academy in a month. I've just been having fun in the gym while I can. Change it up a little bit here and there. Make sure to keep doing my cardio so I'm not dragging ass when I start.

    I'm guessing you were pretty smoked after that session, how long did that take to complete?

    I usually get done between an hour and fifteen minutes and an hour and a half.
