Always go bigger than you think you need because you'll end up wishing you went bigger but were afraid to, esp if you plan on adding muscle (shoulders/lats). A colleague had 400 cc tear drop over the muscle, thought maybe 550 would be plenty. Ended up with great hesitation at 810 OTM. Has added about 30 lbs of muscle (measured Bod Pod and iDXA) and dropped from 20 to 10% BF since going from 400 to 810. Relative to symmetry, the 810s now look like the 400's before she added the muscle and leaned out. When she first had the 810's they looked huge, now they look good perhaps even a tad small relative to lats/shoulders. Could have gone 900 - 950 and been fine. Of course choosing the right type of implant, placement, etc. and a good surgeon is critical to the outcome. It is expensive and has its risks (short and longer term). A couple of girls at the gym have had to get one replaced because it was defective, luckily the outcome was good. Choose wisely. Sorry guys, no pics.
