Can you post up a cite as to the "no rebound with aromasin?" Unless the half-life of it is extremely long, allowing estrogen to slowly return to normal levels, I don't see how there will not be a sudden increase of estrogen after stopping it. That's good if it is scientifically proven, but I'm skeptical..

I understand you didnt say anything about trip, im just trying to make kbd understand that since he did a shot of trip, he does not need any clomid or torimefene thats all. it could actually have the opposite effect of what he is trying to achieve.

aromasin is a suicidal inhibitor, this means it perm deactivates the enzyme it attaches to, so that it can not do its job, it gets discarded before it can convert T to E. this is a type I inhibitor.

type II inhibitors, like adex and letro, temporarily attach to the enzyme, then let it go, and that enzyme can go back to doing its job. this is why type II inhibitors can give a rebound effect. honestly i think its talked about more than it actually happens.

so there is no "rebound" with aromasin, yes E levels will build back up after discontinuation, but they will do so slowly, not in the same sense as a rebound.

What about the fact that when E levels are low enough, estrogen receptors up-regulate and can cause a rebound not unlike the one caused by type II inhibitors?

why would E levels be low after a shot of trip? aromasin is only about 12% stronger than adex, its actually very weak because of its binding affinity. besides, nolva down reg receptors, E and PGR, thats another reason why it would be best with a trip PCT

Wasn't implying that they would be low because of triptorelin, I was referring to Aromasin causing the low estrogen. I don't have labs to back it up, but I find that Asin controls my E MUCH better than Adex, based on bloat and sex drive and overall feeling. I didn't know that nolva down-regulates E receptors, so that definitely affects my question. Trying to learn from you Oak, not argue. Apparently everything I say comes off abrasively, so take that into account when reading my posts. :))

dont worry about it bro, everything i say comes off the same way man, you wont see me got hot and bothered on the net :)

aromasin is great in PCT in my eyes, nothing stims T better than low E. The thing I really like about it, is it will help ward off estrogen dominance. which is why you feel like a bitch in PCT anyways.
