I'm sure this has been asked but what is the protocol for first month or two for iu dosage to keep water at bay?

Start at 1IU for the first week and titrate up one additional IU per week until you reach the desired dosage.

I've done 5 days at 2 (already starting to see a little bloat). I took today offaswell as tomorrow, then down to 1iu and see what happen
Had some stuff from the original IP years ago. Hard and dry I believe starting and staying at 4iu! Good ole days! Real Hyygetropin was awesome too.
