Just recently got back into the gym.
Will be posting my workouts here. Strength has dropped off quite a bit due to some health issues. But hopefully some of it will return.
Tomorrow is chest and back.
Right now the split will look like this
Saturday chest and back
sunday legs
monday off
tuesday biceps and triceps
wed cardio
thurs shoulders
