Just recently got back into the gym.

Will be posting my workouts here. Strength has dropped off quite a bit due to some health issues. But hopefully some of it will return.

Tomorrow is chest and back.

Right now the split will look like this

Saturday chest and back
sunday legs
monday off
tuesday biceps and triceps
wed cardio
thurs shoulders

You should be able to bounce back pretty quickly after recovery. Best thing is to ease back into your routine and not just jump back so as to avoid getting injured

Here's to making more gains!

What kind of training style do you use? DC, HIT,?
right now I am going to be doing 8-10 rep ranges for upper body and higher rep ranges for legs. I would like to lift PL style but need to get strength before i can do that

Yes I will post my chest and back session tomorrow. I did not make it into the club this morning.

My goals are to gain back some of my strength and muscle and get down to 225.
