I had the epoxy with paint chips on a concrete slab of a porch and it looks and wears nicely.

If you wanted a phallus you could probably do that in the epoxy.

Are you gonna pad under the "lifting areas"? If not then I'd stick to paint as touch ups will be needed once the training accidents begin.

I'm not sure with the light weight LK moves that he'll need any lifting pads. I was thinking a vagisil dispenser on the wall might be more practical.
