For most of this past year, I just wake-up and take my caffeine tab and maybe Yohimbine, wait 30'ish minutes, then get on the treadmill for 30min, then gom out and train.
I'm not saying this is the 100% most ideal way to go about it, but I prefer to get it done in the morning and get it over with and don't feel like waiting. Sometimes the night prior, i'll make a drink (for the next monring) with 25 grams of dextrose, 25 grams of Gatorade, 4 twists of sea salt, and 10 grams of citrulline malate because I bought a crap load a few years back. I was using 10g of EAA's, but ran out months back. I can't even tell a difference to be honest. Mix all that in a 32oz Gatorade bottle, lol.
Come in and eat afterward.
Will maybe have to change training back to the afternoon this week soon with the new job, lol. Will still hit cardio in the morning though.
