Fuel for morning workout.

Powerful pre-workout, the body has PLENTY of shit stored for hours of effort.
Haha! Yeah. I need to take a break from it. From all preworkouts. Such a high tolerance now and it can’t be helping me bulk with the higher heart rate. Think I’m gonna ween off starting tomorrow!

For most of this past year, I just wake-up and take my caffeine tab and maybe Yohimbine, wait 30'ish minutes, then get on the treadmill for 30min, then gom out and train.

I'm not saying this is the 100% most ideal way to go about it, but I prefer to get it done in the morning and get it over with and don't feel like waiting. Sometimes the night prior, i'll make a drink (for the next monring) with 25 grams of dextrose, 25 grams of Gatorade, 4 twists of sea salt, and 10 grams of citrulline malate because I bought a crap load a few years back. I was using 10g of EAA's, but ran out months back. I can't even tell a difference to be honest. Mix all that in a 32oz Gatorade bottle, lol.

Come in and eat afterward.

Will maybe have to change training back to the afternoon this week soon with the new job, lol. Will still hit cardio in the morning though.

I workout in morning before work also. I usually have a small bowl of cereal and then a preworkout mixed with greens and 50/50 fruit juice and water. Lately it’s been Chemix. If you’re not used to a stim preworkout I would start with a half scoop. I usually have two scoops and sometimes a coffee during the drive also. @Kluso Yeah, it’s a good idea to ramp down. Not only for your heart health, but your blood pressure must be spiking. Maybe switch to just caffeine tabs. You’ll save a lot of money and you’ll know what you’re taking. Those proprietary blends make me hesitant because who knows the amounts being used of each stimulant compound.

That's the second time I've seen pink or sea salt referenced. What's the reason for it? Also, I bet you sleep well. I used to think it counterintuitive, but there's no chance of your liver running out of glycogen and waking you up at night with that mix.

I noticed a lot of guys are taking citrulline malate. Question, why not just supplement instead with low dose cialis instead. IE) 5mg eod

Both seem to have similar qualities and Cialis helps with other issues lol.

That's the second time I've seen pink or sea salt referenced. What's the reason for it? Also, I bet you sleep well. I used to think it counterintuitive, but there's no chance of your liver running out of glycogen and waking you up at night with that mix.

The sea salt is mainly for cramps and helps with muscle pumps, especially in the morning. I salt most my meals as well.

Yea, i'll have to try that at some point. I'm just lazy on ordering things, lol. I bought a few pounds of citrulline Malate a long time ago, but I can't use it ED because it will flare up cold sores for me........I guess I got from some dirty pussy or something in the past, lol. :(

I still have old purple rockets from like 15-20 years ago from SBC, haha. I can't remember if they are 25mg or 50mg now.

10 grams of citrulline & id be stuck on the toilet for who knows how long! 6 gms is enough to send me to the bathroom in a hurry.

As already mentioned, I take the pink Himalayan salt for pumps. Even if I am pretty much zero carbs I can still get a good pump as long as I take the salt.

Don't know how I never heard that. Easy enough addition, especially to my morning bone broth which tastes like ass.
