Been nursing a torn minsicus for quite sometime.. Docs dont think its that bad.. Pfttt what do they know.. When I first did it, I could barely walk up the steps.. Well I said screw it.. Started heavy squatting agian tonight..

LK.. hahha not sure. but it does...

I injured it about 20 weeks ago.. For awhile I couldnt even bench. when I pushed off it hurt like a bitch. Cant handle not being able to squat and DL.. Plus we have another meet in March.. then one in April.. figured fuck it, lets do it.. :)

Those are good numbers bro... Ive got 5 screws between both my knees and I hit #16 on the PLwatch rankings for my squat last month so it can be done!!! And Im with the rest of you, the lighter ones hurt more!!!

Those injuries are tricky. If they are torn on the outter edge then they can heal themselves with rest. If they are too far to the interior then they will require surgery, as there isnt enough bllod flow to allow the inner tears to heal. Finish up your meets and go see the butcher. Great number btw.

i tore mine in summer 2007 only pressing 140lbs..
got swollen for a week and couldn't climb stairs and limped around campus.
lucky i had some coverage with school physio and they helped a bit..i missed my MRI as i was out of town.
But now i am back to 100%. i only get pains if i kneel down for long periods of time or if its supper cold but this is going away too.
i just got back to squatting 140lbs now
