If something has an active life of 72 hours (debatable given http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1558869/pdf/amjphnation00921-0049.pdf says 3 hour half life and others state 2 weeks) it isn't like frontloading it will mean the body only uses what your daily dose will eventually be, the researchers can't even decide on a active life or a half life for anyone to make the theoretical calculation, some people notice big differences from a jump in dose of 100mg in crystal form so really is it safe to frontload? I don't think so. The real question is....why do it, where's the benefit?
