I’m not one to post fasted check-in pics much. But here goes anyway.
No excuses but I looked like shit yesterday from work traveling last week, missed a few meals and f-ed up flights screwed me on training twice. Lots of work to get done this week to get back. 10-1/2 weeks out.
Nice! He never gave me intra carbs, so I had to cut insulin from the start.. I could have probably asked him, but I really didn't want to influence his plan for me. I am trying to be just a client and not a coach. Haha.Left out…
Currently on sust, eq & primo 2 ml/week of each. Also still doing and love giantsbane 1 ml pre w/o.

Going back to igf1-lr3 post w/o this week as well.
Coach lowering carbs just slightly so I may add a bit of slin pre w/o if my glucose levels allow. Had cut it because coach cut intra carbs and I was only in the 110-120 range & didn’t want to risk going hypo during workout & being miserable was doing 10-15IU pre.
I had told him what I was doing intra and he didn’t say cut it until I reminded him I was doing intra Karbolyn 25g. Then he said stop that lolNice!
