Let me see if I can try to keep this updated.
Currently 20 weeks out from Chicago Pro, July 18 & 19. (Then the plan is Tampa Pro July 31-August 2, then Pro Masters World Championships August 31.)

At the moment just training hard waiting on the plan from my coach.

Training:
Monday: Legs - quad dominant
Tuesday: Shoulders & chest - Shoulder dominant
Wednesday: Back Thickness
Thursday: bi's & tri's or day off (if day off I'll work them in with others or a little every day)
Friday: Legs Hamstring dominant
Saturday: Chest & shoulders - Chest dominant
Sunday: Back width ( if I feel I need a day off I'll do more widths sets on thickness day)

Before coach stops me, this is my current (I am blasting right now so please don't do this stupid sh*t):

(note once coach gives me the plan, I presume it will be as in the past, Test & mast or Test & primo and possibly some winny later)
400 mg ew Test cyp
500 mg ew Sust
300 mg ew Primo
600 ew Eq
400 ew NPP
400 mg ew Tri-tren (just added it 2 weeks ago for a quick load) coach hates tren so he will not have that in the plan at all.)

Pre fasted cardio
SLU-PP-332 250mg 2x/ed

How do you implement your 12-15 units of insulin? I'm assuming you're running humalog pre-workout and/or post-workout? What are your stats?

I use fast acting Nolvalog on my way out the door. I eat about 200g (I say about because if I’m hungry as hell I’ll do up to 300g) (weight not g of carbs), of rice as part of my pre workout meal, then 25g Karbolyn in my intra with 20g eaa, 10g bcaa, 5g creatine, 5g l-glutamine. Post w/o shake 50g Karbolyn, 50g isosurge whey, scoop of bone broth callogen.

stats:
I’m 6’-1-1/2” but my weigh-in height is 6’-1/4”
(The new rule from a couple years ago is after 3 weight-ins if they are the same that’s your height from then on)
Currently 240.4lbs
I just turned 64 a week ago this past Monday.

I’m classic unless the let me crossover then I do classic & MP. Pros can’t crossover when doing the open, so what I do in open I have to do in masters. Except masters worlds, Gary lets us do everything & gets away with it.

I got sick in early January with the flu for a couple days. After that I had zero appetite and was weak af in the gym..and soft and by soft I mean squishy soft. It was weird. That is why I am on so much at the moment, to fix things and for me it’s working. I will not keep this up and I added one product at a time and have had my blood drawn 3 times in 6 weeks to see what was happening. My first drawl said I was anemic which I’ve never been in my life.
I know coach will pull me off every thing when he sees it. My next bloodwork is the first of April.

The pic above is from a week & 1/2 ago and I’m changed a lot since then, leaned up but maintained weight.

Thanks for the helpful info. I'm an insulin newbie, but am learning. I ran John Meadows' newb protocol in November, at 5IUs pre-workout with 50g Karbolyn, EAAs, creatine, glutamine intra-workout, and it worked well.

While I could see upping my insulin to 7-10 units pre-workout, I'm still trying to better understand the use of post-workout slin with post-workout carbs. I gained plenty on Meadows' protocol, so maybe more slin for hard gainers?

Yep! That is blasting. Haha. About 6x the AAS I am running right now. The GH is equal. I don't see coach shutting mine down. Probably be like WTF? That is all you are running.

That being said, I am not keep it low this year. Fuck that. I fucking suffered last year keeping the gear too low. As soon as I feel my strength starting to go down, I am bumping it up. Unless coach says, no... then I will be sad.

Coach doesn't believe in a lot of AAS so he may or he may not say anything. He wouldn't let me use the love of my life...tren A, last time. I secretly had to because I wasn't hardening up. did 50 eod and in two weeks tightened up hard.

I sent him pictures yesterday and he asked if there was anything I wouldn't take. I told him EQ is really the only thing that wrecks my blood and I keep my tren dose low 5-10 mg a day when I actually do run it.

I had been keeping the slin lower, last time (first time) I used it for a couple reasons...I was scared of it and 2, I was just trying to see what the difference it was and how I felt & reacted.

This time, I'm going by Milos saying, "The magic happens at 10-15 IU".
I am still scared of it, I guess more so, "respect' it. For me it's kind of like riding a Harley You don't have to be afraid of it, but you dang better respect what it can do to you in a nanosecond.
Next, I have two BG testers and I do both to ensure they read very close or the same. (I had one of them say something way different before and never again).
If my BG is above 115 - mid 120's I know from experience I can easily get away with 10IU. If I am 120's to 130's I can get away with 15 IU. I haven't dropped below 70 with either when I test again when I get back home. (gym is close by)

I do not do post workout slin because it is typically after 7PM when I get home and even though I'm eating 2 more times, I do not want to risk going to bed and going hypo.
I have also been pinning IGF1-LR3 post w/o into the muscle(s) I'm training. I haven't had any hypo issues with that but I don't want to add to it and take the risk.

I'm anxious to get shredded and load up on carbs and take the slin so I can see how long it takes to pull the glycogen into the muscles and what I look like and how long it works. Never used it in a show and wondering if I might. o_O

Not sure if I can say this so let me know or please edit, but Myosin is a big help

He said you reached out. I told him you were a skinny bitch and your work ethic is as bad as trying to get a teenager to mow the lawn.:p (I told him, he wouldn't find a harder worker in the gym and someone that follows instruction to a T)

Yeah, I'm taking way more than I want right now but needed to actually correct some issues. Instead of negative effect, it's positive for once. Except creatinine jumped .2 but I also started taking creatine 5g/ed 3 weeks prior so that still isn't bad.

I understand where you are coming from. A couple summers ago when I had that time off to correct some issues, I came out of the gates hard as well. I think I gained more in those first 8 weeks than I gained all year combined.
