Don't have time this weekend to train so cut it short. Still, not a bad day. Weight has hopped up to 255lbs. Not sure why but after finals, I'm adding a 2x conditioning day.

I know... I know... My training journal is pretty boring but this is what I do day in and day out.

I"ll be changing my training to 4x a week split. I found a gym next to my house where I can work my accessory work and therefore not waste time driving far out to my main gym. I'll train 2x a week to my main gym and 2x for my accessory work.

How do you find a gym next to your house? Did you not notice it before? Nose in your text books as you walk in and out? Did they sneak in overnight?

It's a new gym. The gym is 5min from the house... literally. Drove by and BOOM it was there. I figured it was just another shitty commercial gym. 2 friends of mine train there and they invited me to check it out. I was SHOCKED when I walked in. 6 platforms, 6 quarter cages, and astroturf running down the entire middle of the gym. They have DB going up to 125 and a good amount of machines. This place is also VERY cheap and they have great hours. My main gym is 40+min away from home.

Back at it.... Been training through finals but only made it 2x a week for 3 weeks. Chem final is no joke. ACS makes it and the national average is a 50 out of 100.

Going to train 4x a week now. 2x at one gym and 2x at the other.

Only had a shake all day. Had some school shit to take care of that kicked me right in the dick. Cost me $2550 so needless to say I'm going to sell a kidney of mine. Still had a great day but I opted to make it just 1 heavy set instead of 2 since I was famished and undernourished. I decided to hit it for a triple instead of 2 doubles.

Still weighing in around 253. I'm going to add a second conditioning session after training.

Went out on Sunday and helped move a boat to go fishing... which means carrying a fucking jon boat through a treacherous trail that's steep and full of trees. Needless to say I tweaked my back and since the weather was shit the fishing wasn't that good. I trained today but squats were crap. I took it easy since I could feel the tweak.

Ate like shit today and the extra Kcal helped A LOT in training. Weight felt light for everything.
