I'm going to have to re-think my selection of movements. I'm thinking 2 big movement w/ bar, DB, KB, etc and 2 machines. The reason for this is b/c time is limited and so I can knock out the 2 machines quickly. I'm sticking with a 4 day split b/c I don't have time to lengthen each session so I'll keep it at 4x a week and keep my training to around an hour total.
I'm happy with my training though. I'm back in, feeling pretty good, and above all else... I'm having fun.
