only took 1 min in betw sets. No belt and no straps.

misloaded the bar on the 3rd working set so I said fuck it and decided to go up anyways.

I'm going to have to re-think my selection of movements. I'm thinking 2 big movement w/ bar, DB, KB, etc and 2 machines. The reason for this is b/c time is limited and so I can knock out the 2 machines quickly. I'm sticking with a 4 day split b/c I don't have time to lengthen each session so I'll keep it at 4x a week and keep my training to around an hour total.

I'm happy with my training though. I'm back in, feeling pretty good, and above all else... I'm having fun.

Had Midterms yesterday so slept in today. Gotta start eating like I should b/c I'm eating less than 50g of carbs a day and it's starting to kick my ass in the gym. Had been skipping my lower back protocol work and I have been feeling it (didn't skip it today).

Those front squats fvcked my left knee. It's been killing me all night and now all day. I have to remember to wear my sleeves even when the weight is light. Had to amend my workout today b/c knees are crucial to performing my SM lifts.

I figure soon I'll need to start performing push press in my Log C&P. I'm using a 10" steel log from Titanz and I'm extremely happy with it thus far. I need to find crash pads soon.
