Nattokinase. I started taking it last year and my hematocrit dropped 8 points in 15 months.
I have seen a hematologist for almost 10 years. Prior to seeing the blood doc . I always donated blood every 30 days rotating blood banks. The hematologist would keep me at 55 and if above would pull a pint.
I was getting a pint drawn every 2 months no matter if on a cycle.
My last draw was in February 2022. I still go every 3 months and each time it has dropped. Right now I am at 50.
The Nattokinase is the only thing I have added in.

Look into bromelain as well. It's a natural blood thinner and anti inflammatory. It saved my life during all those years of 55 plus hematocrit readings.
Also think it saved me from the clot shots...no issues from the covid vaccine.

Thanks brother! Mine doesn't get as high as yours, but my doctor at the VA has a fit every time I go in there and my RBC/HCT is above normal. He threatens to pull my test, but he tried that shit before and I filed an IG complaint and he lost. I just don't want to hear it from him anymore.

I hover right at the high normal side. I just give blood every 2 months and as long as I do not get too high my doc does not try to lower my TRT dose.
Nattokinase has several health benefits. It comes from natto which is a Japanese fermented soybean dish that smells like a boys locker room full of onions. I like ethnic foods but tried and could not eat it.
