Thanks guys. Pillar of ballance it wasn't tx, it was in Ohio, and love the pic DW that's some big weight! Growingboy as for the 5/3/1 I use it 4 days a week, week one is 3sets of 5 for certain %, next wk is 3x3 for %, then 5/31 next week, then a reload wk. Every 4 weeks u add 5lbs to your max for bench n shoulder press, and 10 lbs to squat n deadlifts. It's been pretty solid so far. Thanks again everyone
