First cycle plan

    Agreed. Another 500 - 800 calories from mostly protein.
    I'm an admin on my home board & on many others. I can tell you the number one regret i consistently see with first cycles is not eating enough and the proper micros.
    It's most certainly something I would do over given the chance.

    I agree. I've wasted my share of cycles. Life gets in the way. Stupid life.

    Overall, it looks great for your first cycle. You did your homework, and the layout is fine. Good job!

    See how to react to just Test alone, as it will be your base in future cycles. No need to get fancy, this is good.

    I'm with rider. Run test and see how you respond to it. You might not need ancillaries until end of cycle, but having them there is important.
    If you don't wait a month for gradual effects, you can start at 250 cyp and 250 prop (split into two inj a week) and get quicker results. Then taper off prop and add more cyp.
    Keep it simple, train hard and EAT.
    My mistake the first few times was thinking Ibwas eating enough, and J wasn't.

    The only thing I'd take during the cycle is the aromasin. I'd save the clomid, nolvadex and HCG for the end, but I'm old school.
