Yep I've finally arrived haha. It's been a long time bro . How've you been? still business as usual over there?
In regards to the dieting, as I've mentioned I'm doing my own prep and I cut too quick. I dropped weight and size and where I wanted to be bf% wise but not size wise. I was flat and small. (around 2000 cals, 260g protein/130g carbs/70g fat). was down to 181lbs from 197 in 8 weeks.
So...I slammed in:
400+g of carbs (3700 cals total). Next day...
300g Carbs (3300 cals total), next day...
200g+ carbs (2900 cals) and now...
160g carbs (2900 cals) sitting at 184lbs
Everyday 2 gym session split into 30minutes cardio 15 incline (maxed) 2.8 speed (60 minutes total and 400-500 calories burned.
My dilemma now is that I can tell the bf % went up, obviously but I've filled out to feeling good about my size again.
My stomach was feeling nearly paper thin but now it's IDK 3-4cm
Waist is looking thicker too so it's fucking my mental up.
Been hammering shoulders/lats/calves/tris and they're feeling full.
My game plan is to hit 2700 cals or less today (50% protein, 30% fat, 20% or less carbs)

1900 Wednesday
1800 Thursday-Saturday
Sunday start of peak week...
after reading @mikern on peak week I'm thinking I'll load carbs back in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday?
This is all really just huge experiment really lol
