Finished Dieting

So for now I think I'm done dieting. I don't really like being this weight. I'm currently 193lb. Its effecting my performance in the gym and in martial arts training. I was wanting to get some feedback on my proposed plan.

- I'm going to take a couple days and just eat whatever. (Not ridiculous, just enjoy a couple days off)

- Then I'm going to eat maintenance calories for 2 weeks

- Then 100 calorie increments based on the scale and what I look like. My goal is 220lbs slowly.

My current calories have been:
2050 calories

190-200 protein

160-180 carbohydrate

55-70 fat

My maintenance calories from iifym.com are:
2357CALORIES

174PROTEIN <---- I think I might keep protein around 190 and pull from carbohydrates to help with being hungry.

252CARB

72FAT

After 2 weeks of maintenance the goal is :

2593CALORIES

198PROTEIN

287CARB

72FAT


I'm going to try and eat 4 meals a day. I'll try to split the protein up instea of eating it in two sittings.

For food choices my goal is to follow an 80/20 rule. 80 clean and 20 whatever I want to get.

Also, if I want to diet again in the future, I'm getting a coach.

Any critique or suggestions?
