Thanks everybody I'm just gonna keep adding 5 lbs a week till it stops going up I haven't had a strength spike like this since my first 6 months like 30 lbs in 12 weeks or so . Thanks for the birthday wishes too . It was a great day

id like to never have though if there was a bench comp in my area I would do it if I could squeeze it in with work . I work like 70 hrs a week so I don't have a ton of time consequently my squat an deads have been neglected hence the bench only comp. cant wait till I can work a normal schedule an get in the gym regularly
