I feel the few months off from the gym gave my body time to heal. I have been back in the gym for 2months, results have been pretty impressive so far plus many have opted to stay away from the gym so workouts are quick, no waiting for machines....

Dictator Whitless closed the bars down, again. She allows bars to serve drinks to go.

Sometimes I forget that there are still gyms not open. It only lasted about 3 months here, same with being off work. Good to see you back in a gym.

250,00 to 300,000 in the US are projected to die as the result of the virus. Not even in the red yet.

Sit down.

I could feel the difference but not see it so clearly...damn I lost leg during the quarantine!

Too much MTN Biking and no way to train legs hard. Calves like an Ethiopians forearms.

Late 2018 to today. I don’t think I’m getting legs back to “normal” again at my age. I’m enjoying trail and technical mountain biking so much these days; I’m gonna let my riding dictate my leg mass. Been back at them for a week or two now

NJ still hasn’t let gyms open. You can get your tattoo, booze it up in outdoor bars with 300 friends, do karate, gymnastics even have weddings inside with 25 guests but you still can’t train.

Unless it’s one on one personal training. Soooo this is when having friends in the industry helps. Meet my new trainer lol. Not bad for 43 and 50 although the Corona virus stole my legs and I gained the “COVID” 19(lbs) while trying to keep it together at home.
What the hell is going on with this shit? It is hard to believe that after 6 months gyms are still closed. How do they expect these small businesses to ever make it? Seems like some politicians don't like gyms. We have been open here in Texas since May, all measures are in effect. Everyone get temperature checked coming in, got to wear the damn masks and they have a whole crew going behind everyone disinfecting everything you touch.
