GAT JetFuel is pretty decent, along with superpump. But, the Dymatize shit that I tried earlier this year made me like a walking seizure. I could have sworn I took Clen and not a preworkout supp...never again! Haha.
But now, I'm trying to avoid all of the processed products as much as possible. I try to buy stuff in bulk and mix it myself or they haev companies online that will make custom mixes for you.
that sounds like a post workout shake to me bro... I don't know how you workout with that shit on your stomach.... I eat a cup of white rice about 1.5-2 hours before I work out and try to keep my belly relatively empty of solids when working out...
