Is Golden era 70's or 80's?

I've heard both decades as that era, lol.

70's would be Arnold, Franco and Sergio.

80's would be probably Lee Haney, who was the first contest bodybuilder i ever watched on TV. He was probably the 1st bodybuilder that got me hooked into training for muscles outside of actors in movies like Arnold or Stallone etc. I could list more for the 80's though.

Both periods were badass to me. i'm a 90's guy though...for high school and after.
