Couple people in the gym have done this with great results... I think I’m gonna give it a whirl this week. I get pretty irritable if I don’t eat for a long period of time though so hopefully that staves off after a couple days.

Do you guys stay with this all the time? Or cycle it on and off?

I try to stay on, but I have my days where I for whatever reason fall off the wagon, but the good thing is I get right back at it. Like FD said, use tea, coffee and water to stave off hunger. So far so good. I think I'm down 20 lbs.

It’s not as tough as I thought it was gonna be. About 10:30-11 in the morning I started gettin the hunger pains. But toughed it out with some water. The hard part will be Monday when I go to work and get up at 4am.

What I do to, is couple hours before lunch, I'll drink bcaa just to kill cravings. Wont cause insulin spike so it wont break fast, but that's just based on what I've read up on. A little cinnamon in coffee in the morning is also good. Just along as it's not greater than a gram of carb I believe

My experiences of fasting have been great I go for the 16 - 8 on weekdays and Sunday , Saturday is my cheat day and i literally just eat anything i want at any time. At least that way I know I have one day a week to look forward too.

I use an app also that sends me reminders when fasting is starting called Bodyfast. Pointless once your in a routine but could help when starting.

Does it matter which 8 hours you are eating? Say one wanted to eat 10 am-6 pm?

I can't fast *sigh*...My stomach growels and I feel sick, along with getting migraines...I've tried what FD said with the water, tea and coffee...Never works for me!....The longest I can go without my stomach growling is 2-3 hours, maybe 4, otherwise, I'm getting sick and headache....Sucks!...

I've been eating around 10 - 10:30 and then again at 5:30 - 6pm and actually haven't been hungry in the AM and very rarely at night. Been having 2 big meals, 1st usually egg whites, meat and oats, all in an omelet, second meat or fish and vegetables, no carbs at the evening meal. I like the rotation so far and besides Sat or Sunday (usually Sunday) I haven't gotten bored of it yet. About 3 weeks in.
