ez curl bar or dumbbells??????

    So for those out there that like skulls do you perfer using ez curl bar to perform them or dumbbells? also is there any diff between using the two?

    do both ez curls first then db concentration curls, bent at the waist no resting elbow on knee etc.

    If you are referring to skull crushers for triceps. I prefer using the bar, ez curl or straight bar

    I use a bench press bar... but I just found out I have tendonitis in my elbows so it might not be a good idea!

    Before tendonitis, I used to use the EZ-curl bar exclusively and angle my upper arms at about a 45-degree angle behind my head. That allowed me to get a really good stretch and isolate my triceps. FWIW, I saw good improvements after I changed the angle from the traditional 90 degrees.
