Rest enough but not enough to let your body get cold , it just kills the momentum!!!
And man, you've paid your dues , so lift and keep it moving !!
As long as your not trying to bring back bell bottoms , platform shoes and butterfly collars, your cool !!!

I've been having a great strength workout lately.
I'm 61 years old.
Gotta be careful of injuries.
I've been taking 2-3 minute rests between sets.
Your thoughts?

Slow and steady, nothing too heavy. Personally I've switched to a high rep/less weight workout routine to avoid injury.
