I think 100g of protein is too little. At least 1g per pound of BW is best IMO. I would also suggest .5g of fat per BW. The rest of your cal needs can be filled in with carbs.Only calories matter if you get at least 100g protein
The problem is that everyone tries to make this more complicated than it is. The reason some things don't work as well for some comes down to GENETICS.
