Only calories matter if you get at least 100g protein
I think 100g of protein is too little. At least 1g per pound of BW is best IMO. I would also suggest .5g of fat per BW. The rest of your cal needs can be filled in with carbs.

The problem is that everyone tries to make this more complicated than it is. The reason some things don't work as well for some comes down to GENETICS.

Hell, I dont even think 100g is too little-

I've gone under 100g for months and still grew..

Hence calories and drugs are all that matter

LOL what's funny is why people buy/listen to shit:

People WANT to believe in "magic"-

Low carb ain't magic, neither is IF, low fat, keto, etc..

Just eating less calories without them fucking realizing it.

Same with training methods; doesn't matter how you damage the muscle; damage=growth

Only time training method matters is when you're strength oriented
