Out of interests sake, since 1999 only 13 men at the NFL combine ( and two outside ) have managed to achieve more than 40 reps with 225 lbs .
Thats a crock of shit. I can hit 225 for 40 reps, AND I don't need to bounce it off of my chest like a bafoon like they do at the crock-o-shit combine. Most powerlifters that can bench over 400 in competition will be hitting 225 for 35-45 reps. It's not a heavy weight. I hit 225 for 25 reps the other day for the hell of it after doing a couple of sets at 350... There are much stronger men outside of the NFL than there are in. The combine is a ****ing joke too.
