EPI SMASH experiment... BLACKSTONE LABS

I would like to document a 30 day run Of EPI SMASH by blackstone labs here

Starting stats: 174lb prob 12% bf right now

I will be taking 1 cap am and 2 caps pm pre workout

Diet is currently around maintenance calories with 1-2 weekend cheat days which are not measured but mainly high carb low protein days with moderate healthy fats

Weekdays are around 2800 cal and moderate carb
2-4 eggs & lean beef
1-2 scoops of whey an 2tbsp pb
6 oz chicken and 1 cup rice or 1/2 can of low gi beans or golden hominy
6 oz chicken 1/2 can beans or medium sweet potato
8-10 oz of ground lean grass fed beef with veggies (kale green beans etc)
1-2 scoops of whey in water pwo

First workout was back and was the second back day last week (mon and fri) not sure if this way psychological or what but I had crazy stamina for stuff like wide grip pull downs. Didn't wanna go too heavy as Mondays back day was fairly deadlift and heavy row centric but last set of pull downs I pulled 200lb for 17 reps with no prob

Sat and Sunday were off days from the gym and just recovering with carb surplus and rest. Got out and walked the dogs a few miles both days

Trained chest Monday and had more endurance again than usual

I would like to point out that I had been on TRT and went natty in the winter to crash and go on legit TRT through my doc. I ended up agreeing to try a restart with clomid and Adex following this 4 week experiment

Current bench suffered as a result of an uppe back injury on the fall that prevented push press and bench type movements

Previous pr was 345 and almost nailed 365 before I started contest prepping and got hurt
Now I'm roping out around 315 for 2 and trying to build back what I lost

Hit 225 x 12 275x 5 225x9 and 315 for 1-2 yesterday but was still feeling a little weak in this area
Capped off with incline dumbbells
100lb for a few sets of 8 then heavy flies and cable flies

All in all felt good

I hit a somewhat max effort back day last night starting with deadlifts
Last deadlift pr was a few weeks ago pulling 455 with wraps and my cardillo belt
Started off

Palms up straight cable row with pull down bar

Finished up with 20 min of stairmill intervals, trying to shed some of this holiday fat

Hey jhot glad to see you running this log. I'm really looking forward to starting mine soon. Waiting to complete this pct at the moment. I really looking forward to how your run with it goes. I plan on dosing the same. One am and 2 pre workout.

What are your goals while you are taking the Tren a Bol? What is it or does it do ?

thanks guys... Hawk I am watching your log as well brother and caught up on a few pages at work today... Solid numbers after being layed up so long! Motivation for me to keep getting these numbers up

BSL is solid as they come. My friend per my recommendation is on his second super DMZ run and made huge gains, better than SDROL

turbo my goals are to do a moderate recomp, add a little strength and quality muscle while cutting a little fat ... Nothing drastic

TREN A BOL is an epistane clone with another non methylated anabolic androgenic compound which seems to be relatively new

Went a bit lighter tonight as I was hurting from lack of sleep, and shoveling assloads of snow... Stacked shoulders

Plate loaded shoulder apex press
75lb per side x 15
135 per side x 10
145 per side x 9 triple drop set

Lat raises 10 reps x 5 sets alternating stable and unstable platforms

Standing upright cable rows
75x12
85x10
105 x 9

Bent isolateral 1 arm rear delt raises 10 x 15lb x 4

Then proceeded to kill abs

Missed my am dose today so took 3 caps an hour prior to training. Goal was to train arms and hit a light leg session but been having some bad tendinitis like issues in my lower left leg below the knee.

It's been off and on for awhile and when I push on the tendon area I get some relief but I am going to give legs a rest till Sunday then deload

Started with seated incl alt curls

Reverse curls MTUT style 4 seconds down

blood flow restriction - isolateral machine curls

Feeling more fullness in muscles and hungry as a mofo

Didn't track macros today but had 1 can of lentils, 1 sweet potato, 14 oz chicken, 1 can Refried beans
T-bone steak, 1 cup sautéed kale in coconut oil, 4 bananas

Guess this would be a moderately high carb day for me. Time to eat a piece of chicken and get some sleep!

Going to venture off the clean foods a bit this weekend.. Even though I'm not being super strict right now

Going to taste wedding cakes with MRS JHOT...nom nom nom

Nice work jhot, I miss hitting weighted dips. I need to order a belt so I can hit em again. You doing anything for the tendinitis? That shit hurts man. I can't wait to start my trenabol

Took a couple rest days and went wild with some refeeds a la junk food... Feeling pretty lean still after eating cake and pizza Saturday and sunday

Monday I commenced John Meadows mountain dog training techniques

killed a back workout that focused on mid and upper back and threw in some movements for spinal erector but avoiding deadlifts for a week or two because I wanna max out again next week or the week following with a big pull 475-500 area

current weight 174.7 tonight but it's been fluctuating a ton lately so not really using this as an indicator
strength and endurance continues to climb

banged out chest n shoulders tonight
decline DB press 4 sets of 10 with a pause

incline bench 5x5 @225lb

incline hammer smith bench 10,8,8 drop set with 2 second static holds
burnout on push-ups then delt destroying high rep minimal recovery period lat raises totaling 140 reps

BOOM!
