I used Mountaindog for a good while and was carefully directed.
I had no legs when I started and now I have something.
I think what was hard for me was that there were no deloads for me for over 30 weeks!!!
It was good though. I grew.
Now I'm on PillarofBalance's program and I can tell in my body this is going to be great!
We will see.
