I saw a Youtuber report the drop in IFG-1 on Enclomiphene. I didn't test IGF-1. In fact, Quest fucked up my FSH and LH test so I didn't get those either. I did test Testosterone and it was something like 420 ng/dL after being off for about 8 weeks. I was using some hCG with it so the whole experiment was inconclusive. I managed to get a credit for the botched test but Quest near me still sucked a big donkey dick.

Clomiphene is a mix of enclomiphene and zuclomiphene, ENCL being an estrogen antagonist (increases GnRH and reduces GHRH, thus lower GH and IGF-I). Zuclomiphene is pro-estrogenic. So it makes sense the ENCL alone will be more effective in suppressing circulation and likely locally produced IGF-I. My guess is that rGH will ameliorate the ENCL problem as its effect is direct, I also think GHRH or GHRP (peptides CJC or IPA) would be a work around for the negative effects of ENCL on IGF-I. Theories worth testing gentlemen.
I wonder how much it matters though. I generally have a little GH going in, just enough to get my number tro the top of the range for my age based on the few times I measured it dialing in. Frankly, more than that and I get side effects and my fasting glucose starts to get to the top of normal. so rather than deal with water retention, numb hands and skewed glucose numbers, and try to adjust with supplements, I will just stay in my lane so to speak. I get enough out of the little squirt I use to get my IGF-1 from 100 ng/mL to 220ish. That's doubling it with 1.5 iu EOD.
