Turns out it's Polycythemia :(
That is another go to with many PCPs. Most of us have high hematocrit from androgen use, especially as we get a little older. If it was based on hematocit and some other red cell markers it might be due to androgen use, which can be manages and is not really a problem. People that live at altitude have higher hematocrit than people that live at sea level. They average something like 53% whereas the normal range in most labs tops out at 50%. Women are generally lower. When I am using cycle level doses (500 mg/w or more) my hematocrit is generally 52-56%) and my creainine runs near 1.5 at times. When i am off everything is in normal range. When on TRT 100-15- mg/w creatinine is normal or slightly elevated and hematocrit runs ~50% if I manage it well.

I had high creatin levels starting in my 30's due to using high doses of Vico-profin for the worst sciatica pain ever. I'm pretty sure the ibuprofen was providing most of the relief but it did a number on my kidneys. My primary at the time, an internist, told me I would need a liver transplant in my 60's. I have completely stopped taking ibuprofen since and my liver values are all normal now for the past yr. You never know what will happen down the road. You have to just keep living a healthy life and not plant your ass in a recliner and wait to die like my best friend did.

My buddy was able to extend his wife’s life for more than 5yrs past her prognosis of terminal mesentery cancer (from “cured” cervical CA).

The palliative doctors were all she had left so he grew and produced his own RSO at home and she held on with a decent quality of life on nothing but Cannabis (no traditional meds at all).
Thats fantastic mate. There’s no money in it for big pharma mate, therefore we aren’t going to hear about it too much from the system which controls us. High dose vitamin c has also cured such, apricot kernels, noni juice, but look into Fenbendozole and in particular search out testimonies of such in things like YouTube videos etc, this will open your eyes.

Cancer is very personal to me for many reasons and I had for the better part of my life been looking over my shoulder somewhat waiting for it I’m ashamed to say. I embarked on a lifestyle change and engaged and continue to engage a lot of information of which ‘cancer’ and many things began to come up. I no longer fear it, I laugh at it and I know how to kill it. In fact, after taking high quality organic cbd/thc oil in capsule form for REM sleep and to avoid ripping my traps again lifting, I found the side comments that thc runs through your body and finds free radicals and cancer cells and kills them, gave it some thought of interest as it kept coming up in my studies, then I noticed after 2 years skin cancers falling off me, that’s when I started listening more and researching it.

This is not a medical opinion,, just encouragement for folk to do some research.
