Also, when training triceps make sure that anything over your head will cause tendon problems when you go to heavy. Skull crusher is what jacked mine up, I was going way to heavy and that's all it took. So instead of skull crushers I just use light dumbbells over my head or the rope over my head with light weight.

Thats an excellent regimen you have going there. If you're diligent about that you WILL have healthy elbows.

Thanks, it was developed by my PT. My elbows used to be a mess but are in much better shape now.

Foam roll/massage/stretch forearms and triceps. Medial elbow is easier to deal with than tennis elbow (lateral)
