Eggs and Tuna

1-2 cans of tuna
1 cup of cooked brown rice
3 egg whites, 1 whole egg (Hard boiled)
Pepper, Cayenne (optional), and any other salt free seasonings you want

Break up the boiled eggs, add seasoning, tuna, stir it up a bit. Pour into bowl of rice. EAT!

whew, im glad you added the hard boiled part. eggs and tuna are great that way! my problem is i raised with mircle whip mixed with tuna and it is hard to not add that but i have gotten much better! it is great to mix with bell peppers as well for a bit of crispness.

I add eggs to tuna salad, but I use mayonnaise. I was raised on Miracle Whip, too, and I can't stand it now. I need the real deal.
