effective training??????

    when trying to build muscle, do you think training each bodypart once a week is the best way to train or do you think twice a week is better or you might have a better solution? all opinions welcome.

    Normally I have a split set up where I will hit most muscles only once per week. If I hit anything twice a week it will be a particular lacking muscle and I try not to set that as my religion. Meaning I will mix it up.
    On cycle I often will hit everything twice per week as my recovery is better. Even then However I try to have one day that is more low volume higher weight and another day where I blast volume and pump.
    People respond differently. It's worth while to see how you react. Try 3 weeks where you hit everything hard once a week. Then try 3 where you double up. Switch back and forth a few times. You'll figure out what feels and works best for you.
