All the way up to 945?! WTF.
You see the guys handling the weights? They're out of breath just helping him. This dude is a monster. I might get the homies to try this tonight, but with 25s haha.

If you use 25's where would you start? If you start at 135 it'd be: 135, 185, 235, 285, 335, 385, 435, 485, 535, 585, and then back down or you could go up higher.

You could always go with your 25's and instead start at 225 so it would be; 225, 275, 325, 375, 425, 475, 525, 575, and then either go up or back down. If you kept it at that it would be 15 singles in total.

That is the whole reason why I have no doubt he would be able to put up higher numbers for his current deadlift record.

Amazing. I'd of never thought of a pyramid scheme like that! Honestly..I don't think I'd try it though! Maybe up to 500 but..that's not as impressive!
