EC stack only effective during cutting or can be used for recomp?

Keeping that rotation will definitely help with fat loss. Sometime I will stay on Clen for up to 4 weeks but you have to keep pushing the dose upward and I also like to add benadryl at night.

I would say spare your adrenal gland until it's go time. You'll feel better and it will be more effective when you do use it.

Stimulants are very effective for a recomp but your going to cut soon after.... Different story.
