What are some effective supplements that are good for the heart. I take organ sheild and low dose aspirin. But surely there are other things right?

I like CoQ10, vitamin D3, Magnesium (I use the Glycinate at night before bed), and I add in some L-Citrulline everyday.

CoQ10, my cardiologist highly recommends.
D3 also recommended.
Google the best brands and pick one that works for you.

These are the best.
Rock I also take mag glycinate before bed. I think it helps me sleep too.

GF, K2 is important especially if you are not getting enough greens.

Do not forget fish oil. It can lower triglycerides by 30%

Also take green tea. It lowers LDL and helps raise HDL.

Yup, CoQ10, K2, D3, Omega's, etc. I take 2 baby aspirins a day (1 AM, 1 PM) and I take Red Yeast Rice from overseas.
(Contains Monacolin-K).

(Which is natural / fermented Lovastatin). Used in the orient for a million years before US big pharma took for their own cash making machine...

I take Quanol Ultra CoQ10 which is supposed to be better than the regular kind (not sure if it is or not I just take it) and instead of a baby aspirin I take nattokinase.
