I'm on 250mg for trt, my test levels are 1400 ng/gl but e2 is 64 pg/mL range is (0 - 52). Will this level of e2 have an effect on libido and erections? Even with a level of 1400.

Yes, libido and erections are down. It requires stimulation and the dick is only about 70% hard.

Long cycle of 36 weeks testosterone enanthate though I've done many cycles before this with hardly any time off, basically stayed on for 3 years plus I have a condition where I need higher testosterone levels than other men. Serious.

This is going to be hard one, to fix with out medial help from a doc who knows what he is doing. It took me 4 months to come back from a 6 month cycle last year, that had tren E in it... then it was still not completely fixed for another 2 Months or so.

What's your blood pressure look like? How is your cholesterol? Thyroid? Prolactin?

I wouldn't think your e2 levels being where they are is the issue.
