Henderson man arrested on charges of selling mislabeled steroids

A Henderson man was taken into custody last Wednesday in Pennsylvania on charges relating to a drug mislabeling scheme, federal representatives said Thursday.

George Sambuca, 32, was indicted in November, according to the Justice Department. The indictment was unsealed after his arrest on Friday.

Sambuca is accused of mislabeling and distributing anabolic steroids under the business name Dynasty Labs, the Justice Department said. He sent the steroids from his home in Nevada to Maryland on two separate occasions, officials said.

Sambuca was arrested after in Pennsylvania last Friday and faces two counts each of distribution of anabolic steroids and introduction of misbranded drugs into interstate commerce with intent to defraud and mislead.

Based on the charges it appears he wasnt producing gear, but buying it elsewhere and labeling it something else (under his lab name)....

That's what most people think. I'm not sure if CF and Dynasty was the same guy. But it's one twisted mess, that's for sure.

Yes, if it was CF. He had a Q&A thread on AB that was quite popular, where he talked about his cycles that varied from 2-7g of test per week, plus all the other crap. Makes sense if he was Dynasty labs, as it made those with less experience think they needed to buy/use multiple grams of gear a week to obtain any significant results.
