I truly didnt feel GH did much till I hit 6-8ius/day
all the info you find says 2-4..blah blah and I noticed zero.. hitting 4ius upon waking and 4ius directly before bed has made me feel good both leaner in morning and overall without any cardio, strength is up during the day and overall mass
