Thanks to my job, I didn't have any time for lunch, but still managed to chow down half a can of tuna. Hell, I was started walking with a mouthful of tuna LOL. If it weren't for that, I could've got a burger or steak and had 300grams of protein and 3k calories. I was very close to that, but better luck tommorrow.

Great workout, got a PR in; I also kept my numbers solid from last week. Can't wait for the strength improvements, especially on chest day (my max is 335..I'm sure I can get close to 405 in the coming weeks). My diet is really helping me in the gym, too.

I would recommend you split your pills and take 25mg. At a time at
Equal times throught the day you will keep your levels more consistent
as well as make for a much better experience overall.

Good luck be smart and take it slow.

The first thing you will notice is the intense pumps, to the point you will cramp. Tomorrow you should start to see the increased blood flow and slight water retention, by Thursday, Friday it should be kicking in full swing.
